At last! A place for vinyl lovers with a passion for organization and cataloging. What the hell am I talking about? My Analog Apartment is a website where you can catalog all of your records including where you bought them, their condition, and you can even upload their album art. I absolutely love it. The only thing I wish it had was a social networking aspect where you can meet other vinyl collectors and, in the words of Linda Richman*, “talk amongst yourselves.” It’s fairly simple right now; I’m hoping they’ll update it with other features soon.
And here is where I do my shameless plug for the Savannah Record and ‘Zine Fair. It will be October 24 from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. at River Club. I’ll be there, so come check it out!
